Employees and special guests gathered last week on the shop
floor of the American Emergency Vehicles factory in Jefferson
to celebrate the company being presented the coveted Carolina
Star award.

Quite often people stop me when I'm someplace or call me
to comment on something or other that I have written and
pretty much without fail the phrase "are you serious"
