Ashe teacher awarded $1,000 grant to build greenhouse at Mountain View
Luci Osborne, a third grade teacher at Mountain View Elementary School, has been awarded $1000 from NC Beautiful's Window of Opportunity grant program to build a greenhouse at her school.
