Second Annual Toy Run October 21
Just as leaf-looking season peaks, a group of compassionate
bikers will head into the mountain byways to enjoy the scenery,
but more importantly, to support The Watauga County Chapter
of the American Red Cross and its efforts to raise money
and provide Christmas gifts for less fortunate children
in Watauga County.

On October 3rd, the day of publication of Charles Frazier's

received a donation of the first copy of the first edition
