Architect Diane Gibbs, of the Salisbury firm Ramsay, Burgin, Smith Architects, will unveil her design for the proposed Ashe County Public Library expansion at the August 21 county commissioners meeting.

Children’s Trust Endowment Awards Grants
The Children’s Trust Endowment awarded grants to Learning Thru Play Child Development Center for pre-k art programming and to 4-H Ashe Youth Connection Mentoring Program for certification training in
CPR and First Aid of mentors and their youth matches.
