Couple Captured, Children OK
Watauga County Sheriff Mark Shook confirmed at a press conference in Boone at 1:30 p.m. that officers arrested a Vilas couple, 18-year-old Alisha Ann Chambers and 29-year-old James Lee Canter and recovered unharmed the couple’s children.
